Returns and refunds

Because each item is handmade with care, I want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. If there’s a problem with your order, please review the policy below:


Returns

-I accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds
-Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

-Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to process.
-Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photo of the issue. I will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.


Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
